Dean Becker is an accomplished executive and consultant with more than 25 years of experience selling and delivering executive search, training and executive coaching services to organizations and individuals worldwide. Dean is responsible for representing Kelleher’s services to corporations across the Delaware Valley.
Dean is also a recognized expert in the field of individual and organizational resilience, having co founded Adaptiv Learning Systems, and having directed the development and delivery of Adaptiv’s research-based resilience assessments, coaching and training programs. He brings this unique and powerful content with him to give Kelleher Associates’ clients an even greater competitive edge in the marketplace.
Prior to creating Adaptiv Learning Systems, Dean founded and ran Preferred Medical Services, a physician billing and practice management firm that provided diversified business services to physician groups and health systems throughout North America.
Dean began his career as a marketing representative with IBM’s mainframe computer division, and later shifted his focus to executive search and recruitment for the information technology industry, as Area Director for the Source EDP division of Source Services Corporation.
Dean holds an MBA in Medical Group Management from University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
In addition to his active participation with the Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy (PSPS), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG), Dean sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, and is Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in Perkiomen Township, PA.
