HBDI: Using the assessment tool Herman Brain Dominant Instrument (HBDI) you will learn where your personal strengths are, your pursuit team’s make up and an understanding of how to identify how your client is thinking.

Build: Learn who is best to add to your network and how to develop each relationship.

Value: Learn how to assign a value to your network and turn your network into business.

Develop: Learn how to advance your contacts from “acquaintances” to “trusted referral sources.”

Personalize: Learn how to personalize your unique value proposition / differentiator for your network.

Engage: Learn the most effective ways to engage your network, how often and how you can add value with each touch point.

Note: Each participant in this full-day training, will leave with a customized plan and recommended tools to help you/your team implement and track performance. BD Accelerator coaches are experienced in coaching and executing strategies to grow business.

As a follow up to the Half Day or Full Day Programs or on a individual basis you will work with an assigned coach that will come to you to walk through ideas, strategies and action steps. The coach will have access to your Professional Network Dashboard to hold you accountable and manage next steps.
